Independant tests showed the Pipercross kit to give the best gains out of all induction kits then available (included HKS, Blitz and K&N). Even better it only costs £60-70

I ran one on a MY99 for 35000miles without problem

I won't mention the group buy...

Does anyone know what kits have caused MAF failures? Personal experience preferable here.

I've had a blitz for over a year now on a MY00 with no problems.

Going to change next week for one of these:

It will be interesting to see what you think of it, compared with the Blitz.

I shall be holding Harj to his verbal quote (legally binding) of £140

I'm giving this a go for 2 reasons:

1) As I'm fitting the APS fmic I need this to get the right hose clearance

2) Always been slightly worried about the MAF and the Blitz (no probs yet though) and K&N *seem* to have better filtration properties (not sure about vibration issues though)

Rich.

Hi Gary how is ya mate, so I take it you are not getting rid of the scoob after your episodes a couple of months ago.
If you remember the flying fox meet you came to you commented on my induction kit and dump valve as you could hear it from inside your car. It was a Ramair induction kit fitted to green my98, which retails for about £77
