A small bolt (about M10 and only about 20mm long)has just fallen into the footwell of my P1. It has come from the clucth pedal mechanism somewhere. Anyone have any ideas?
Haven't had time to look closely(was rushing back to the office)but need to get it sorted tonight.

I think it may be from the back of the pedal itself.....

I had a bolt which sounds like the above work its way loose on my my00 4dr. If you lay on your back and look behind the 'arm' of the pedal there is a bolt that goes in the cradle/bracket the pedal is partly housed. I felt the clutch pedal was strange and the bolt was a little loose, maybe only finger tight. All ok since a bit of spanner action.

same thing happened to me,brake bolt was loose too,pretty easy to see where it came from when you get on down
ratchet, extension bar and 2 minutes, your done
