A recent letter from an independent body has revealed that the government are producing far too much rubbish, and should be charged for this.
It has been said that they "should lead by example" and cut down their rubbish production. This includes all of their bad ideas, both current and pasts, as both are still contributing dangerous hot gasses.
In monetary terms, the government owes approx. £10M for the refuse overproduction, based on £1 per bag. The independent body believes that this should be returned to the taxpayer.

Total unfair if they do.
If they did have to charge, then it should be done by the bag and they should collect it on the correct day and not split the bags open and shake it all over the place.

Wouldn't it be nice to charge the govt. tax over silly things the way they do to us...
If we ran businesses like the govt. how long would we last?
