Strange noise

When accelerating hard, the car revs o.k but hits about 5000r.p.m and the engine makes a vibrating noise similar to what a loose heat shield would (which i have checked).
Not much info i know but any ideas?

I had a similar prob on mine which seems to have disappeared....
