Spare key?

Subaru UK will laugh, unfortunately - the car doesn't even exist as far as they are concerned. You need to talk to a specialist in imported cars.
You also need to be sure someone back along the line has not kept a key deliberately for "repossession" purposes.

Just pop into a key cutting / shoe repair shop (why is shoe repairers also cut keys????) and they should be able to sort you one out on the spot, there is nothing fancy imbedded in the key, so its a 5 minute job and should be well under a fiver
