Yesterday, I had a Remus backbox and a K&N panel filter fitted to my MY99, in a local sort of "Kwikfit".
Good sound, not too loud - just as I wanted -, and with a lot of auto-suggestion, it seems to pick up a bit quicker
But I had to think about the 'is the Impreza too common' and 'boy racer' threads when the mechanic asked me:
"is that a Toyota then ?"
Ah, the joys of a small non-petrolhead country...

PS: mind you: talk about synchronicity... a few hours later, the Impreza was all over the news, as it was once again used in a raid on a money transport.
