Question

I cant find a proper engine spec its an MY00 WRX Type RA WRC Ltd Ver 6 (non-STi). I have looked all over the web and I keep getting different answers. I assumed it had 280PS (276 bhp) but I keep seeing 295 bhp and 300 bhp being thrown about on a few of the engine number / model number sites for the later series cars. I have also seen that it runs a different ECU for rally homolagation rules (any ideas ?).

I know it will be slightly down on horses from manufacturers spec due to SUL + octane booster but it would be nice to know for pub talk .

cheers

Cool

Please ignore, I went and checked the actual model code and it is 280PS.

I didnt know that some of the STi are 300PS though

cheers
