Default Hatch Waist Spolier

So......

Took a chance & ordered one from Ali Express.

It came with 3m tape already fitted, so painstakingly removed it all as the garage that were going to paint & fit it said they would bond it to the boot.

Bond it, to me means a glue if some sort.

However, they used 3m tape themselves to fix it, so 80% happy as if it was bonded with a glue it would have fitted a bit more flush to the boot.

i always found the waist spoiler a bit marmite, looks well in some angles but not so good in others. At least being 3m tape if you decide you dont like it itll come off handy enough again

I dunno, don't mind a waist spoiler myself.

That looks like a catchment area for rain and water with the shape of it unless it has a gap between the tailgate and the spoiler, it's not my sort of thing but everyone is different.

There is a big gap on the UK wagon spoiler but this photo isnt from the UK. I was joking about needing a big waist spoiler on an Impreza rather than a subtle one...

From behind, you don't even notice it

Is that discreet enough 🤔

It is, but the first job I did when I had my hatch was to get a clear right rear cluster from ICP. Looks so much better.
