Was just looking on the bay at gauges and noticed a set of gauges and wiring etc is 3k + surely that can’t be right ?? If is the case I sold a set of gauges 6 years ago and an entire 400 bhp 53 blob eye for free with it !!!

The Zadatech set up looks nice , there’s a few options brown pants racing had a tablet screen with all of the engine outputs in the screen which looked very nice , im not all techy so no good at how it works but could fit it , if you want expensive gtr r35 car mats around 1300 £ plus , they have carbon fibre inserts 😂

Sorry not techy , I’m not sure , I got the impression it worked on the standard ecu , a lead and a tablet , it did look and sound like a great idea 👍😁

I e seen a few options available through a lead and Apple or android synced head units which look good. I think having something working through a head unit would be better than actual gauges stuck in random places , I did have an iPad with a plug in Wi-Fi obd2 reader which is also good but under heavy 2nd 3rd acceleration the cup looses grip ! It monitors anything the ecu measures and shows on screen.

yesni like that sort of setup. I’m presuming you had to buy separate sensors and senders as I don’t think the ecu measures either oil temp or pressure as standard so couldn’t be sent via a obd lead to head unit ? I could be wrong.

Yes, I bought the oil pressure and temperature sensors from zada as well.
In addition, I was planning to buy their unit that reads CAN bus data from the OBD but due to the chipset supply problems they didn't have any in stock last year when I did the work.

Or option 2 is sell it , and the price they are going for you could literally buy another car 👍😂 , it’s funny how much car tax has gone up ,even on jdm models , it’s nearly the same as my insurance , they say they put it up to pay for better roads , clearly who ever put it up does not actually drive a car 😵‍💫👍 gone up around 10 per cent ☹️
