Default Anyone "lost" a classic? (see pics)

Noticed this weird scooby parked a few roads away. Been there a few weeks, parked behind a mobile home. No number plate at the front. Painted white in a hurry without any attempt to mask anything (it's all over the black surrounds and even on the tyres). Was blue underneath, but not a blue that I've seen a scooby in before. Bodywork inside (rear wing etc). Very distinctive wipers and wheels with red bolts. Hopefully legit, but thought I'd mention it in case anyone's looking for it.
