Default Forged 2.5 Spark Plugs

Hi all,

Fully forged 2007 STi with 98k on the clock.

Looking at my service history, my current plugs have done 38k miles.
I can't tell from the invoice exactly what was fitted - only NGK Iridium long reach.

Can anyone suggest the actual best plug? It's mapped to 342 with 410ft lb's if that's any help.
It seems a minefield of colder, hotter plugs etc. Heat range 6 or 7?

Some seem pre-gapped, others don't.

It's mapped to V-Power.

Heat range 7 pre gapped at your power.

OEM: NGK: ILFR6B
As mentioned above NGK: ILFR7H (gap 0.7/0.8mm) although iridium plugs should be good for a fair few more miles (subaru service item every 6years/60K miles)
