Just to confirm

From the VIN and Applied model code it is a revision "E" car built in August 2004 (revision E build dates 2004/03-2005/05) so originally a Blobeye.

So i called its previous owner. He told me that it its late 2005 produced blobeye they have changed the bumpers and the fenders..the chassis is belong to blobeye but he said you dont need to do front end conversion.blobeye and hawkeye bumpers will fit vice versa.is that true ?

Blobeye builds ended 05/2005. Hawkeye builds began 04/2005
Your build date according to database is 08/2004 ( by extracting the data it's actually 24/08/2004)

Blobeye to Hawkeye requires at least bumper/grille, bonnet, fenders, lights etc

Sounds as if the previous owner did the facelift.

Although more money that would probably be better.

If its the same as the blob 16 then the only things spec c are mainly engine, gearbox and roof flap.

I'd go for the RA personally.
