seems I don't have the details stored as thought as can't seem to find the correct numbers required.......

later widetrack new-age car uses 20311FE810 LH and 20311FE800 RH so was looking for compatible KYB's??

If it's the fronts you're after KYB don't do them for the widetrack.

I never had any joy for the fronts, I got some ultra SR for the rear as they are the same from the 5x100 newage, just a different top mount iirc. Luckily I managed to get a front set of the rb320 ones to replace mine. I believe 2pot on here is working on inserts for widetracks.

Sadly, not for the 114.3mm fronts.

I got so fed up, I decided to make STI-rated inserts, front and rear, to fit the inverted 5x100 and 5x114.3 Subaru/KYB housings.
Bilstein are currently making version 3 for testing.

You can fit the insert into non-inverted housings, with an adaptor (currently running like that). The id's/lengths are different between non-inverted strut manufacturers. That requires differing length/diameter weld-in adapters to do it - might be something you could take on? The KYB non-inverted strut housings are consistent.

The Subaru/KYB inverted strut housing also take some preparation:
Internally tap the top of the housing.
Drill out the hole in the base of the strut housing.
Remove the internal bearings.

Pedders do some struts that fit the widetrack but I believe there are differing opinions on the quality.
