Default SIGMA ALARM M30

Any help please, I’ve got a problem with my SIGMA M30 alarm on my W-reg Subaru Impreza. The fob won’t open/close the doors or won’t deactivate the alarm, so I can’t start the car. I don’t know the pin code to disarm manually. I had an alarm guy to have look at it, now the alarm stopped, it won’t work at all and the red light on the dash won’t flash. But I checked the pin pad, still works. There is a large antenna transmitter about 100 meters away from my house (could that interfere with the waves and prevent fob functioning properly?). Any help is really appreciated.

They are prone to interference , my 2000 classic was , try and find out your pin , if it was a uk subaru try subaru , the possibly cheaper option is find an approved sigma alarm fitter as there are other options for getting hold of pins and unlocking alarms which i won’t mention on here , the pin pad may be broken three wrong inputs it will lock , once the pin issue is resolved then you may need to unlock the car with the key let the alarm activate then use the pin to turn it off

Also read here, you can change your pin as long as you have a working key. First thing I would do is move the car away from the vicinity of the mast.
