Default Mayo in breather

Just tackling the leaky rocker covers. - Thanks japan man for sealing all the way around
The breather pipe was fairly full of mayo. Do I panic or is it due to the car sitting doing nothing bar a few miles a week?
oh and can I get this as silicone?

if coolant mixes with oil you get that gunk (mayo) so possible hg issue , do a coolant change and see if it builds up again , are you having any running issues , like a misfire over heating ?? expansion tank over filling and not returning to the pressures expansion tank ? 2 litre or 2.5 engine ?

You also get that when oil is whipped up with air, so not necessarily an issue

especially if crankcase condensation has not had the chance to evaporate when making short journeys (engine not getting properly warmed up)...............

I'm terrible for this.
The rocker cover was clear and the rest of the pipes were good.

Hope you're doing well Don and you still need to tell me where to send this virtual beer.
