My first car was a red 1988 Delta GTie, so always had a bit of a penchant for them.

Beautiful. I used to get a lift to work in an old Fulvia in Athens back in 1983! Great car.

I remember sitting in a very stylish white Fulvia in a Lancia dealer and being very disappointed when my dad called me over to look at the Beta he was interested in. Thankfully he didn't buy it but a few years later he nearly went for a used Trevi but the clutch was knackered on the test drive !

If my memory serves me well, I read somewhere that you could buy Two JAGS and a TRIUMPH VITESSE for the price a FULVIA in the day. something to do with the import tax at the time. though that would probably have been for HF Rallye.

The gearbox shift pattern took some getting used to as reverse where first should be which made junctions and traffic lights very entertaining.
