Question

Due the recent closure of Intermoto in Liverpool, Monks Heath in Macclesfield (!) is now one of my closest dealers.
Can anyone tell me if they're any good ?

Reasonable prices ?
Good service ?
Know what they're doing ?
Courtesy car available (necessity) ?
Wash/valet the car afterwards ?
Warranty work ?

Any help much appreciated.

Tony

i do tony with my company car.

i have no complaints, the curtosy cars suck *** though but i get my own back by sliding the buggers round every available roundabout. yes, they use justy's!

they seem OK to me, steve the service manager is a good guy. I have had mine servived there from day one and they have no issues with waranty work.

dunno on cost, thats just billed to my lease company.

why not use C&K instead? - nothing wrong with Monk's Heath but you will have a far better experience at Subaru Manchester + cheaper and better service and no justy loan car either ;-)

let me know if you need picking up / transport as I work 10 mins away from Monk's Heath - could pick you up for a beer somewhere !

Thanks for the info guys. I will probably only use Monks Heath if I need warranty work or servicing up to mid-July when the warranty runs out. After that, C+K are a definite possibility.

Thanks for the offer of a lift Paul, I may well take you up on your offer.
