No thanks Facebook is for people with no friends. I've come on here to get info of other members who know there's stuff. Too many wasters on Facebook. Which means less on here

I’ve said before and I’ll say it again, I find scoobynet very helpful and a good site for us Subaru enthusiasts. I’m not on Facebook so I can’t comment on those sites/people. BUT what I do find and I’d like to hear your thoughts is you can get a Subaru for 2 grand and it does seem to attract criticism from the evo, cosworth etc owners for the type of person that owns a Subaru...what’s your thoughts? I personally love my blob widetrack and I had the chance to own evos, cosworths etc but I love the blobeye. To be fair my first Subaru was a imported wrx for 2 grand then 2 spec d’s then to blobeye sti’s.....the first Subaru I owned for 2 grand was my first step into the Subaru community and I’ve never looked back. Cheers

I dont use facebook, I have always used forums. This place has been a great resource for me as relatively new to Subaru's and friendly too. I suspect many on here are a little older now (?) which is reflected in the replies (although I have seen a couple of threads totally bomb) This is something I guess facebook lacks, resources. I dont post much as I can usually fine all the answers by searching the site. If I cant, for those times I have posted, Don comes along and answers every conceivable question ever

Because of these comments I thought I'd actually join this forum rather than just read it as I normally do! I completely agree, I tried Facebook last year and it really was just a load of muppets asking the stupidest questions and posting up completely tedious things. I've always picked up sound info from this forum. I don't know how much I'll be writing on here as I'm not as experienced in Subarus as most of you members (basically stock WRX bought last August) but it's good to be feel part of it now!

Lets put it like this..if you’re after good advice then u ask on here.. if u want opinions on what colour air freshener you shud buy then ask on a modified car club on FB and upload 20+ pics of ur new tedious air freshener and wait for 100+ comments saying “looks great” and “works really well with your colour scheme”
