Hi all, so as the title suggests I am wondering which front mount I should go for that isn't priced very high I have a wrx sti blobeye currently running 406bhp on v power, the gtx2971r turbo has room to do more but I am limited by the top mount so have decided its time for a change. I am based in north London so need someone to map it once its done and fit the parts I am leaning towards neil@slowboyracing but would like to also know of other good local alternatives by local I mean within about 50ish miles from north London.

please could I get some suggestions for front mounted intercoolers as well as a compatible good short ram air intake thanks in advance.

japspeed intercoolers are ok, people will slag them off but plenty running big power on them.
upgrade the clips if you go for one, i have just had murray clamps installed on my japspeed intercooler pipework.

as for intake try the rcm kit, tried and tested and very good quality.

Japspeed, toyosport, 2fast2cool..... all the same tat built in the same chinese factory and sold on ebay. The likes of crapspeed just chuck it in one of their boxes. If you're going that route just find the cheapest one you can on Ebay.

The cooler itself works alright but the pipework, hoses and clamps are a joke. Well the ones in the japspeed kit I fitted for a pal were, I binned the lot and only used the core.
