You have no idea what you’re talking about. A wide track blob eye is as good as the UK cars get - they’re very desirable.

Yes there are better JDM cars, but not everyone wants the hassle that can come with them like the insurance and not being sure on replacement parts.

Well done, mate.

I’ve got 15 years more on you and I’m still addicted.

I haven’t spent a day in the last 20 years without an Impreza on the drive.
So you’re in good company here.

And don’t let the negative naysayers p1ss on your parade.

Great choice! Can‘t see myself growing out of Imprezas anytime soon either...

What sort of spec is making those 370 ponies?

There is no hassle with insurance or spare parts with a JDM car.

Nice looking car OP.

I disagree John. We have 4 import cars between me and the Mrs and you can’t just use compare the market or euro parts

You need to know who to go to and what you’re asking for. UK cars are a doddle in comparison.

I've been driving JDM cars for 20 years, there are no parts issues. Most parts are identical between UK and JDM.

I suspect my insurance is cheaper than most UK Impreza owners.

Its easy for you because you’ve been driving them for 20 years and know them inside out. Yes, ‘most’ parts, but the average joe doesn’t know which ones.

The insurance on my Spec C RA is £400, so probably cheaper than most uk owners too. Was still more hassle to get than 5 minutes online

Lovely example Ignore the numpty that stated its the worst spec engine 😂 I ran the same engine for 8 years at over 500bhp and it took everything I threw at it.

I am in my 50s also and I am normally in too much in shock to flash my lights if I see another one when out in my classic... However I did flash my lights when I saw a black Catalunya classic last year when driving my Audi. Hope he didn't think his exhaust had fallen off or something...

Sales fell off a cliff with the Hatchback model and never recovered.
