Default sprinting hare jdm

I have heard good things about sprinting hare JDM

I recently ordered and paid for a clutch and flywheel which I need asap - but have had no correspondence, in terms of an order confirmation or expected delivery.

Can anyone give me some indication of their experiences with sprinting hare JDM, just to put my mind at rest?

I need my parts by the end of next week as I have the car booked in for a clutch change.

May I ask when did you order the item?

Ive spent nearly 20k north with this gentlemen. Trust me when I say this, his service is good, BUT above all his wealth of knowledge is equally impressive.

13th Feb in the evening, got my car booked in on the 22nd Feb to change the clutch.

I just thought I would have had an order confirmation / expected delivery but nothing.

Okay so its 13th evening. Give or take friday. Saturday & Sunday are not business days. Realistically your looking at an update or shipment of Monday right? and the 22nd is a whole 'week' away? Right Ok...

I would have counted Friday as a working day and expected some form of acknowledgment. As long as I get the part before 22nd, I'd be happy.

He does kinda have a point pal,
Expect to see it Monday or Tuesday. Unless you paid for a Saturday delivery?

Tom sent me an update this morning, so all is good ,,, I was just getting anxious, but I'm likely to have my part next week before my car is due in the garage. Thanks

Guys n gals. Anyone heard from Tom recently?

Seems to have disappeared off the Subaru scene.

Website down for over 2 years. Have bought a few bits and bobs few years back.

Companies house is more alarming. Company nearly struck off! No company accounts filed for a while too. Wondered what happened….you gotta wonder sometimes how he's still operating if he is

That's weird thought I saw a Facebook post by him the other day. Maybe it was an old one. Will check, could be selling off old stock if he's closed company.

A couple of years ago I ordered a load of stuff from their website.

I tried ringing and emailing, and after several weeks I tried FB messaging the company. After several attempts I got a very rude reply stating that he'd been on holiday for weeks and that he'd ship it soon.

I did receive all of my parts and it was just one annoying experience, but it would be courteous to put a note on the website or something stating that parts deliveries would probably be around a month...

I just ring AS Performance now and it's great every time.
