MAF adaptor

A friend is looking for a MAF holder/adaptor (65mm dia OEM size) to use with a cone air filter temporarily.
Do you guys know where he can get hold of one?

You can pick up 2.75inch/70mm maf housings on US ebay which is standard size. Never seen a reduced size one
