i agree, it’s like a gunmetal grey , very clean all over , only been in the uk for a month , the one it’s replacing is getting a bit tatty and mileage is high , a few mods due on new car , tracker a remap plus pump and a uk stereo with bluetooth , it has a set on 19 inch rims with 245 profile on them i did not even expect that would actually fit on it did not think there was room

Rays sportec 10 inch rims 245/35/19 , car is spotless there’s no rust , my main worry was the engine , it seems to have a sports cat but still running standard boost , the boost controller is only showing one bar , bit it’s getting booked in for a tune , blitz suspension , under sealent ordered , new
cd player will be added and lots of little jobs , the fsti i’m breaking is donating a few parts including a cat back which has a hks back box and a centre delete , i will probably take off the dump valve and boost controller and put back to normal

shame i’m breaking my other fsti as it’s still a runner but mileage is high and it has a forged lump plus a collection of other doner stuff for the new car , the one i’m braking is a 04 fsti so bumpers trim brembos interior will be up for sale soon

nice, do you know what ET they are? i have prodrive gc01e 18 inch on my foz, those 19s make the car sit abit better. i might be tempted to get something similar in same size, mine is on coilovers so can be tweaked to suit.

Not had a chance sorting out about 1km worth of wiring , the arches have been pushed out slightly the inner lip has been rolled , catches slightly with a full load so i’m going to raise the back end a bit

It's just missing a resistor.

well story so far , boost controller removed and put back to standard , and looking to get it mapped in april with Richard at FB tuning , new cd player in now with bluetooth , i’ve removed about half bin bag of wiring from the car i could not believe how much there was , i had to repair a few wires around the ecu that had been plumbed in for something , so spent the last two days carefully cutting out wire that was added for stuff like speakers boost controller and other bits , tracker now in , it has an immobiliser and alarm but i’m getting a cat 1 fitted any way , sti steering wheel back in , i’m going to raise the rear coilovers slightly as with adults in the back it rubs some times, which will hopefully cure the rub , repaired cigarette wiring on both sockets , i think it’s got a sports cat in it not sure if it’s bern mapped i think it may have been it seems to boost to around 1 to 1.1 bar , it’s a very clean car all over only slight issues is the arch bending to make the alloys fit , it’s not obvious from the outside of the arch just the inner edge so dinitrol spray ordered , when that’s all done time to break my old fsti , which will be a challenge , i will update as and when if people want to know what i’m doing to it ?

Looks sweet but its a shame the wiring had been butchered. Hoping to see it around Herts soon. Whereabouts are you, I'm at the bottom close to the M25

I think lower profile tyres on the 18 will help , to be honest i’ve not noticed the 225 v 245 width difference , and both cars are on the same brand of tyre , i have put a boost gauge in today , im not sure what boost it’s running yet , i’ve also put back on original boost control set up , took it for a spin after that , it seems even quicker than the other fsti that’s running 330 , it must of been mapped , i just wonder what boost its running and if it’s running ok , map check due on the 02/04 , i left hks dump valve on it does sound nice even through i have not really been into having them , rear suspension also raised , tomorrow tighten hand brake a bit more , put some pagid front pads on convert it from kph to mph and put a splitter in the bonnet scoop , upgrade alarm now due saturday
