Default big thank you to forum member markyscoob

Mark was coming over from the Isle of Man and offered to pop in and help me with my tein ss shocks/springs set up. we had a drive in the spec c and after a couple of tweeks the car felt so much better...explained compression slow and fast to me also rebound . so much knowledge thank you.
Had a passengerr drive in his hawk spec d which run bc zr coilovers and a very hIgh spring rates but yet felt almost identical to mine with 5/4 springs. was great to have someone explain the jargen.lol
very interesting and infomation.

Good to meet you mate. Your Spec C is an absolute weapon- loved it. it was a pleasant surprise to see how the shocks performed with changes, they're in tip top condition and match the springs perfectly. With a decent ride height and good geometry, the springs can remain relatively supple and produce a good compromise.

Glad you liked my fat old lump of a car. It'll have the glove box back in by tomorrow, honest.

It was great to feel another car with almost the exact same geometry as mine as well.
