Hi guys I've snapped the handle off my glovebox. Don't ask
Any idea on how to get into it, don't particularly want to destroy it because its flocked. Does anyone know or is selling a cheap upper glovebox that goes where the air bag is.
They used to 10 and penny, as who would loose a there airbag for a glove box. Think you might struggle now. Can think off a way unless you can gain access from underneath one.
I've seen a few for sale but I might as well buy new £126.50 plus delivery. Secondhand is even more then that. Reason for the changing it if I'm going cage and harness it would be safer without the airbag lol.
There is a sliding tab left on the glovebox but cant work out if it has to move up or down Can share pictures if that helps
Sorry mate must have confused you with the way I worded it. Thats the bottom glove box, the handle was broken off that. The upper glove box was totally different but looking back on it can see how thats confused you lol. The second picture is the reverse of the handle or whats left of it.
Also I now understand your comment better now regarding the access from underneath.
