I hate it when they use filters to make a car look better then it is.
ask for the rev as you want to do some checks

Always run on V Power - no doubt he has every fuel receipt since 2003 to prove this.

If i sold mine id use this line, vpower/optimax etc, as it is true, but can only prove the last 36 mths ( not the last 12 years ) as thats how far back my shell drivers clubcard statements go lol
Having just looked i feel sick at how much fuel i have used
