Default Low fuel pressure

went to get car mapped hatch sti whilst driving in vacuum it's suppling fuel but once the boost gauge hits 0 just as hitting boost it stutters and goes lean mapper put a pressure gauge on fuel hose and this is all it gets at idle
First reading is straight after starting engine second one 30secs later

Easy way to check if its pump or pressure relief valve is crimp the return hose after the prv, if it rises its not the pump, its the prv.

Your top mount not going to cool much, more closed off fins than open ones,
