Are any belts slipping , any difference if the ac is on or off when you do it , i don’t think it’s an air leak but in case it is have you checked for pipe leaks or loose clamps

Turbo oil supply ok ? i suppose it’s only doing it on boost and not just if you are revving it ? any other symptoms signs ie loss of boost ?

Sounds like a high pitched whoopy cushion - If it's not hose connections maybe dump valve lift??

Up pipe gasket without a doubt
Didn't read it properly could also be ewg opening or a split pipe to it.
Check around it to are you losing any boost while its happening.
