Default Pulley replacement, 2002 wrx

Have a 2002 WRX, with a horrible squeak from one of the belts/pulleys. It's not always there and aeema to go when the car is at operating temp, however I changed the belts today, and while it doesn't squeak as often, it does still happen occasionally. This leads me to believe that it might be a pulley (rightly or wrongly). So I have two questions: where can I purchase replacement pulleys (a/c and the idle tensioner) and how much slack in the belts should there be? (I read there should be a 1/4 of an inch is this correct)

Part soup is who i use but add import takes , 30 per cent on top for import charges , ac pulley can die dramatically and take your engine with it , it’s very easy to change , if you take the ac belt off and noise goes then leave it off till you get the part , when you buy the ac pulley it’s worth getting the little bolt that secures it they can snap and it’s not like a normal bolt , the new parts are not that much you could try import car parts or a subaru dealer , if it fails it’s know to take out the cam belt

Squeaking belts is usually a sign that they are too loose. Certainly the case with my PAS belt on my 02 WRX. Best though to remove them in turn to identify the exact cause as said previously.
