Ngk spark plugs

Hi everyone
I am currently having my engine rebuilt with forged internals and a host of other parts being changed...
I have been told I need NGK IL FR 6H plugs for my build but I am unable to find them anywhere. I can only presume they're discontinued or just dont exist.
Can anyone shed any light on this please?

Only if it's a 2.5L or needs long reach plugs
