Default 01G and 48W much different?

Quick one...
I have a Blob WRX with a boring standard bumper. Been offered winglets for £40 that just need a spray. My Blobeye is 2004 so I'm pretty sure it's 01G.
I've also seen a full STi bumper with winglets and fog covers and a splitter and I'm in love with it but it's 48w...so, is 48w different enough for me to need a respray to 01G?
It's mainly my track Impreza and occasional daily.
Will I get away with just putting it straight on and leaving it?

Thanks in advance for the replies.

its a few shades darker, more a lighter gunmetal, but is silverish,
Bumper would look gash, but fog cover may look ok on a 01g bumper.

Thanks JDMStig...that's what I was hoping you wouldn't say lol but I kinda knew it was gonna be the answer!

Thanks for the reply, its probably best that I just don't do any cosmetic upgrades and just thrash it instead an spend the money on fuel and tyres!
