Default HELP PLEASE KNOCKING

Hi all I'm part way through restoring my 99 gc8 and I have a back knocking that you can feel through the passenger foot well I have put new wishbones on new coilovers new rear bushes I did a gearbox a month or so ago and all the bolts are tight iv checked the gearbox mounts there all good so please if anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated

Iv checked the lot and there is no play in any of it that's what's strange iv even bought new shafts and still going it

Have you had a look at your prop shaft, check that isn't hitting the car because of a worn rubber bit. Can't think of the correct word lol

My exhaust hits the rear subframe. Reason is its a newage subframe and the exhaust hanger is slightly too far over. Need to get it cut and moved at some point.

Not set up properly Or faulty/cheap nasty coil overs? (not saying urs are crap mate but could be real possibility?

I had some bc coilovers the top mounts had collapsed at the front , park the car and rock it if it’s suspension mounts or other issues you could probably hear it

On my classic wagon I had,it was the rear arb bushes.
they looked absolutely fine but once I'd changed them and re greased the new ones in the knocking went away.
I think if I'd just re greased the ones in there it would have stopped but I'd already bought new ones.
worth a try.
they were yellow whiteline ones.
