Have you measured them with calipers to establish their current thickness? They don't look too bad, wear appears even and the grooves are still evident.
Godspeed or AS Performance can sort you out with rotors at reasonable prices. 330x28mm is a common size (try finding my 315x28mm ones!) so should have plenty of choice.
