Default Painting plastic

hi guys

has anyone ever painted anything like fuse box covers etc and if so what did they use...

if it was metal it is easy but being plastic !!!

i just used plastikote spray cans and then a coat of clear laquer on top and they turned out fine. any of those plastic paint sprays will do the job bud.

or use plastic primer then top coat and laquer. Its all in the prep and application

I've painted a few plastic parts under my bonnet. I used grey primer, colour and lacquer from Halfords. It's been in there years and still looks as good as the day I sprayed them.

you will need to spray plastic primer on first ( as mentioned in post above ), then the colour paint then lacquer ....because plastic flex

all sorted guys... primer with top coat and lacquer and looks perfect
