I've had my STI about seven years now, it's my daily but I only live two miles from work. After considering getting rid, I can feel myself getting 'back into it' at the moment and think I might look into tidying it up a bit.

The back box looks rough so that's a good place to start. I'd like something that looks similar but is a little louder than stock. I don't fancy going full system and a remap as it's quick enough for what I need.

When I was on here previously the Genome was a popular choice but they look hard to get hold of?

I had a back box from Revolution on my old 04 WRX that I liked but i'm not sure what the current trends are as i've been away for a while.

 

I think a prodrive back box would suit your needs, nice sound, looks original and not too loud

I took it off my old hawk sti when I bought it so not sure how long it was on there...it could do with a good clean up and polish but has no spits around the back were they normally go.

The impreza prodrive back box will fit all uk newage saloon wrx and sti models 2001-2007.

When I phoned Europa (Sheffield Subaru dealership) they said they sell a stainless steel one made by a company in Sheffield but he couldn't remember who. I've just done a search and found Cobra are local and this 4 inch rolled one looks nice. Any one had one?
