I had a HKS super flow Induction kit on my MY99 for 12 months no probs.
However Had the same induction kit on my P1 for 2 weeks and it blew 2 air flow meter sensors.
So you are either lucky or unlucky.

I spoke to Phil at Barrates motorsport (canterbury) and he advised me that the best option as the pipercross. For performance but ultimately for filtration.
They use the pipercross on their Barrates Rally Car too
Speak to Phil, he will help you out. Say Ronnie sent you.
If your unsure about whats what on your scoob, this bloke will amaze you with his knowledge. My car will go to no-one esle for work now.

I am in the market for an induction kit too.
I was told by a tunning co that generally
all induction kits are ok but the one to stay away from is the blitz, reason being
it gives poor filtration hence airflow meter damage. For track use the blitz would be the one to have but for everyday use he recommends the hks or the apexi kits.
I have used hks before and was happy with it so i'll probably get one for the scooby.

To be quite honest - dont bother.
I wasted a turbo after fitting an after market air filter - and I can state at least 3 others who have suffered the same fate (on different filters!)
Sounds very nice but the performance gain is negligible
Save yourself money and dont bother
If you must then Pipercross is very good value for money - does not sound as nice as Blitz or HKS though - and no..... for anyone questioning I dont think the filtration on Blitz is much different to HKS, but then I'm not in the market for a sale!
