Default Rust above the windscreen blob

Hi is there any way of stoping or slowing down where the blob eyes rust above the windscreen , I can see little specs of rust it's not to bad but don't want it getting worse

So you might not like this but what you see is all under the seal and it spreads the length of the window. Best course of action take it to a body shop have the window removed and the problem resolved. that kind of problem if left puts Subaru's to there end.

Not really mate, it dont look like you need to take the windscreen out yet, it dosent look as though it would of spread that far, theres a 3m tape you can use thats designed to hold the windsreen seal back enough so you can get to the rust spots and sort them, to save getting the screen out.

imo.....l would rub/grind, the rust/bubbles,back, ..gently, with a Dremel or similar, treat with "rust converter," Trustan", etc,.... then a use Zinc/anti rust primer, and repaint the black line, with Thinned down "Hammerite Smooth"or similar.

Ok thanks , is this something I could do , surly if I paint it with Hammerstein it would stand out
