Hi

Which version of the Sti is the P1 based on, and how similar is it to that base model?

See http://www.iwoc.co.uk/p1.html for a fuller answer but the P1 is effectively a 2 door shell with 4 door running gear as far as gear ratios, differentials and ABS/brakes. Completely different are the European dashboard, custom springs, ECU map, hi-flow Catalyst, bodywork additions (front lip and top part of rear wing), Hella driving lights, Trackstar, and Oz 17in alloys.
