Used to see them knocking about on eBay but can't find any these days!
Looking to change mine on my blob STi.. how easy are they to change?

Any other suggestions? Are the black hatch STi ones a straight swap?

You will probably only find used ones on ebay that look like they have seen better days.
Easy to change, they just un-screw (threaded)
Ive got a hatch sti **** on my blob, so no problems fitting.

 

impartsb46 on eBay have some including OE WR1 versions.
