Default Re circ valve question

Hi all,

Anyone know where I can get hold of a new re circ valve intercooler gasket for my blob sti? Rich at FB tuning said mine needs replacing but can't find one on import car parts or eBay?
Also has anyone upgraded their re circ valve? Worthwhile? Don't want a dump valve but was wandering if the turbo smart re circ valves are a worthwhile mod or any others out that are worth a look at?

Thanks for any help👍

David

Think you are typing the wrong thing in mate. If you type in impreza dump valve gasket they come up on ebay and ICP are selling them on there.

In the past when people have mentioned fitting a dump valve the usual lot on here have said the stock item is good to about 500bhp. Not sure how true that is but if you are worried about over fuelling etc and don't want a dump valve then thats up to you.

Other companies that do aftermarket recirculating vales are Turbosmart and Go Faster Bits. Both come highly recommended but haven't used their recirc products.

Lol just realised Turbosmart was mentioned. If you are changing it then check the gaskets think they might be different based on pictures I have seen so worth checking

Subaru CS 400 and various Litchfield marques run standard OE DV's north of 400 bhp.
