Hi boys & girls I have decided to fit a bg but can't decide on whether to go with psi or bar was wondering what you guys favour? Any favourite brands also? I quite like the Stack mechanical ones @ around £70 seem a decent sort of mid range unit. Thanks y'all

Hi joz, what do you mean by 'more resolution between integers'? (sorry for being a bit thick)😋
It's a moot point really, but...
Let's take a look at both 2bar and 30psi gauge equivalents....
Broadly speaking, for any like-for-like sized gauge (whether 52 or 60mm), the bar gauge will have integers at 0, 1 and 2 bar; whilst the psi one will show 0, 10, 20 and 30 psi. These two ranges will span approx. the same physical distance on the gauge face (obviously dependent on the fascia design, though).
So because there's 14.7psi to 1bar, this means the readout between the psi gauge's integers (between 0-10-20-30) is more granular.
As said though, in practical usage terms, it's very much a moot point (hence why I ironised 'more resolution' in my original post).
