Default Garage management software

Hi, I'm looking for recomendations for a garage management solution, I'm going to be using it for a detailing business and need to be able to manage customers details, customers vehicles details, stock, billing etc etc.

Any advice?

Thanks.

Why not just have a book, thats all we do, we make sure the registrations, name and contact numbers are all recorded so its there for future reference, i.e mot reminders etc

The sales rep at our local motor factors was recommending autowork online to us recently. Looks pretty good in all fairness. Their base package is £73.50 a month.

A book?

Business who manage things using books, aren't as profitable, aren't as secure, wont grow as quickly compared to business who manage things using software ....list goes on.

If your a one man show and your happy with a book then fair play

Books were about long before any software, if thats the lines youve been fed in order for you to buy a software package then fair play, this book keeps us in 250k a year profit so well stick with it

Try Garage Assistant, I know a lot of people in the trade who use it and we've had it for years. No monthly subs just a one off payment then pay whenever you want to update to the latest version. Great value will do all you want, give them a call you can find them on Google, I think it's made by SWS solutions.

If your book is serving you well, then stick with it.
You just don't get to use technology to plan workload, cashflow, mailshot offers etc

TechMan is a great one to go for, They've been around for 2 years now and we were one of the first to use it, couldn't recommend them more!
