Hi All,

Im looking to tidy up my bay of my white type r.

I dont want to use basecoat and clear as this will give the same gloss finish as the outside panels

Basecoat alone will mark easily.

I could mist clearcoat over the base, but again im not sure how this will look or last.

Any tips on how to recreate the oem finish?

Ive been thinking the same about mine, o2c world rally blue but engine bay has a mid to dark blue base coat finish, don't really want to try out numerous rattle cans b4 i finally get a decent match
