Default SPH DA120

so have fitted one of these today and have seen a post regards putting the STI badge on as a screen saver and the STI intercooler on as a back ground picture,in a previous thread
but for the life of me I don't know how to do this please any advice would be great and if I mange to do it off some ones advice I owe you two beer tokens

Love the look of the heater controls.

You need to save the image to a usb stick and then plug this into the 2nd USB adaptor.
If you look at page 98 in the link below this should give you the user instructions. Should only take you 2 minutes. Hope this helps.

Default Me again

So I have managed to set the main screen when I turn the car on, but how to you load up a back ground image? Do I have to earth the system as when I change anything it pops up with video viewing not aloud when vehicle in montion or something on them lines,

I earthed the wire round a screw, which stops the message coming up on the screen.

I earthed the unit to the point shown in image,






Final unit install.



USB port 2 into glovebox.



Microphone install for phone.

I think you will need to earth the unit to get access to all functions.

Is that earth wire the one that is supposed to go to the handbrake to limit use of the unit unless the car is stationary. So earthing it will allow all functions all the time.

Yes it is, If I remember correct...but been a while think it was the green wire that earthed to the position shown. Cheers

That's a real nice steering wheel where did you get it from and was it expensive?
