Import Car Parts website sell a lot of what you're after, genuine and new.

I needed a replacement arch liner for my blob sti and they were less on there new than most breakers ask for used.

I paid £35 for a brand new OE Blob wheel arch liner from my local Subaru Dealer

Having undertaken an extensive amount of work on a few GC8 and Newage cars I would recommend ICP. The other option for trim clips, especially the trim and bumper clips is to type Subaru Trim Clips into eBay. many look OE and fit perfectly, measure the ones you have to get the correct fit.
The scuttle panel clips are a real pain to get and not very cheap

the opposedforces.com website is great for part numbers if you need them.

The following link should give you parts data (correct name and part number) for a lot of what you are after

http://opposedforces.com/parts/impreza/en_g10/type_13/

For what you have listed, checkout the "body equipment - exterior"
