Well, i've shot this DV-movie at the nurnburgring and edited it on the mac. So now i got 15 min. of footage and i want to put it on cd so i can easily duplicate/send it. I'm told mpeg is best (altough some say avi) but when i want to save it quicktime asks me some difficult questions. What screensize is best? 640x480 or 320x240? How many fps, 15 or 25? mpegA or mpegB? Two rows, even and uneven, or one row de-interlaced? Or am i on the wrong track?

You should be able to fit both formats on. Quicktime is the more universal format. Why not create the file on Hard disk first, see how they look and what the sizes are like, and then when you are ready burn the finished movies onto CD.
