Always excellent service but you never get receipt! And I always forget to ask!!
if we are flat out then you'll probably just get a credit card chitty, but simply ask and we aim to please - have changed the mail order system (approx 10months ago) so 99.9% should get receipts in their parcel
maybe we should stop being so helpful so dont have to cope with the huge workload???
