Default Dog stolen by couple in a blue subaru!!

Have seen this on FB. Lets see if this subaru community can get this little dog back to its distraught owner.. Come on guys and gals.. We can do this

Jo Morris

Last year I bought a tiny chihuahua puppy for my "dad" - he was overwhelmed - he had chihuahua's all his life - he was elderly and we had promised if anything happened to him - we would adopt him - yesterday that 88 year old man had his prize possession stolen from him - right in front of him! - his gardener had left the gate open - his beloved Winston had run out of the garden to the end of the drive - where a blue Subaru - with a man and woman inside stopped opened the door - swept him up - and drove off - today that same man - who fought in wars, taught in schools and is a grandparent to foster children is absolutely devastated - please help us to find Winston - please please share ours posts - boring as it seems - today that 88 year old man will get up and his best friend won't be there to share his biscuit with him! stolen 24.8.16!!!

Whilst I understand the great old blokes frustration and distress this post is pretty useless because:-

Hmmm let me just check how many blue Subaru's are out there?

And were is "there"?

Registration?

Location?

Time?

Just a few minor details that would help.

So any blue Subaru is about to get mobbed by Facebook keyboard warriors. Maybe they thought the dog was lot and tried to save him?

I can understand his devastation, we have two and are constantly aware of the ease in which these trusting little dogs can be snatched.
Family Pets Lost & Stolen UK is a good website for reuniting owners and pets.
I'll share with my friends on FB

You bad man!!

On a serious note, if they had more info to go by it could make it easier for people on here who know the area and Subaru's.

Brilliant

All dogs should be microchipped now, new law came in a few months ago.

It would have **** itself and ran back to the owner if it was your scoob with the blitz exhaust approaching it

Hope it's a misunderstanding and the finders of the dog give it back
