Advice/opinions on brakes

I have a 99classic, at the moment with 4 pots, I'm guessing my discs have warped as I get a lot of shaking, would like to sort something out, upgrade maybe, what's best? Cheers.

I have 17 inch oz prodrive rims, unsure on spend, I looked at your 335 mm upgrade. Not sure how much stick these 4 pots will take?
