Anybody give me a guide as to how much is a mint un modified Terzo is realistically worth? Sub 90k miles full history dealer plus 1 owner from new?

4-5k if very mint condition I would say.

No pics but it is mint with a capital M, it's number 10 of the 333 that were produced.

Realistically, as much as someone wants to pay for it, go £5k and it should sell
may be worth keeping as it may well become more desirable.
